Social Responsibility Policy

The aim of the Social Responsibility System, based on the SA 8000 standard, developed and implemented at DietsmannEnergoremont, is, on the basis of the international regulations and the applicable national social labour laws, to ensure protection to all workers and officers producing products or providing services of the company in its capacity of supplier/subcontractor, sub-supplier, or home based worker.

The management of DietsmannEnergoremont personified by the Chief Executive Director officially declared its SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY which is documented, applied, and communicated at all levels within the firm’s structure.

The Social Responsibility Policy of DietsmannEnergoremont is directed towards performing the activities under the conditions of corporate strategic management which contributes to sus-tainable economic development, upright and ethical labour relations with the workers and offic-ers, their families, and society as a whole, aiming at quality of life improvement.
The management commits itself to create the necessary conditions for observing the Social Re-sponsibility System and for active assistance of the management and execution personnel in its development.

The Social Responsibility Policy is accessible to those working at DietsmannEnergoremont in the official language of the Republic of Bulgaria, Bulgarian. In case of necessity, the policy is translated into a language understandable by the interested persons, on account of DietsmannEnergoremont.

DietsmannEnergoremont helps in training of young engineers

Development of innovations and strengthening of the relations with scientific institutes are among the priority aspects of the activity of DietsmannEnergoremont. The Holding has a long and successful collaboration with the Technical University in Sofia and is one of its great sponsors. It funded the purchasing of equipment for the laboratory of “Material Science and Technology of Materials” Department of the Machine-Technology Faculty. It will help for training in welding and for scientific and research activities. Increasing of the quality of education of Euro engineers and experts in welding is one of the aims of the cluster “Welding and Welding Tech-nologies” in which the biggest Bulgarian university, DietsmannEnergoremont, Welding Insti-tute, Institute of Metal Science and Bulgarian Welding Union participate.
The Company provides a possibility for training practice for outstanding students and is an ac-tive participant in the “Days of the Career”.
It supported the Meeting of the Association for Business Cooperation of the Technical Universi-ties from Central and East Europe in Sofia devoted to the increasing of the effectiveness of the scientific researches. The Holding funded the movie of the Bulgarian National Television “Hats Off to the Technical University”, script-writer Emil Rozov and director Angel Toshev, devoted to 65-anniversary of the establishment of the University.

DietsmannEnergoremont sponsored the International Competition “Young virtuosos”

DietsmannEnergoremont supports the development of the music talents in Bulgaria, their education and performances. The Holding has long collaboration with the National School of Music “Panayot Pipkov” in Sofia and supports financially its different initiatives. The Holding is one of the sponsors of the International Competition “Young virtuosos”. In this Competition young, music theoreticians and composers from all over the world take part in order to exchange ideas and interpret classic and modern music.
